Entrepreneurs spend over 75% of their time daily on mundane repetitive tasks. Thus they do not focus on growth and strategic aspects of their business. This harms the business in the long run as it remains handicapped due to lack of growth stimulants that keep the organisation relevant and thriving in the long run
Entrepreneurs get sucked in to the whirlwind of various daily problems in their business and get tangled up in those and lose focus on various other important areas of their life like, growth, health, finance, family and friends.
