It may appear that automation is applicable to the machines or the processes in the business. But automation is truly successful only if the Business Leader or the Owner first learns and embraces the concepts of Automation
Business is not the Products or Services. It is the “Passionate Serving Customers Profitably”. The key here is Serving. It is the Team who serves and the Automation of business has to be predominantly applied to the Team. Team also includes the remaining Stakeholders like Customers and Vendors - automation can also be successfully implemented in their relationship with the organisation.
Last but not the least is the automation of the Processes in the organisation by implementing appropriate Systems and Controls through the various departments.
